TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Organic Photos & Videos: All organic photos and videos required for the content will be provided by the client.
  2. GST: An additional 18% GST will be applicable on the total package value.
  3. Additional Ad Budget: If the ad spend exceeds the mentioned budget, a 20% management fee will be charged on the additional/excess amount.
  4. UGC Video: The client is required to provide the UGC video as per the agreed content requirements.
  5. UGC Video Creation: If the client is unable to provide the UGC video, we will create it on the client's behalf. An additional ₹3,500 will be charged for the same.
