Customer Mobile App (Hybrid – iOS & Android)
The mobile application will allow customers to register and log in using mobile/email OTP authentication. Users can set default addresses, manage subscriptions, and place one-time orders. The app will support weekly, weekend, monthly, and custom subscription plans with pause and resume functionality. Customers will also be able to track orders, download invoices, cancel orders, and make payments through online payment gateways or wallet systems. Push notifications, profile management, customer support, and multilingual support (English, Bengali, and Hindi) will also be included.
Delivery Boy App
The delivery partner application will help delivery staff manage deliveries efficiently. Delivery personnel can register with document upload functionality and log in using OTP verification after admin approval. Delivery boys can view assigned orders and update delivery statuses in real time.
Admin Panel
The admin panel will provide complete control over the entire system. Admins can manage customers, delivery partners, products, pin code zones, orders, coupons, reports, and CMS pages. The panel will also include sales reporting and revenue tracking functionalities for better business analysis.
