We are looking for an iOS developer responsible for the development and maintenance of applications aimed at a range of iOS devices including iPhone and iPad. The part of talent acquisition team is responsible for the day-to-day management of a team supporting full-cycle recruiting across level. The individual will be meeting established recruiting performance targets and ensure the successful execution of the recruiting process. He/She will work closely with the Recruitment Business Partner in identifying the right candidate for the positions availble in the company time to time.
♦ Source, evaluate, and close candidates for the sales (website consultants) department
♦ Manage the internal recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, keeping the interview process moving, helping with the offer process, handling post-hire check-ins, and everything in-between
♦ Drive candidate channels, including active sourcing, agencies, job advertisements, social media, other recruiting campaigns, etc.
♦ Optimize job postings by working with hiring managers to develop effective and compelling job descriptions
♦ Prioritize positive candidate and hiring manager experiences and relationships
♦ Proactively share data-centric updates with hiring managers, keeping them aware of the current status of the candidate pipeline
♦ Meet and exceed hiring goals
♦ Stay current on relevant news in the technology space.
♦ 1-2 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably in the software industry. Start-up experience is a plus
♦ At least 6months of sales recruiting experience at all levels, including strategic quota-carrying roles
♦ Experience with advanced and creative sourcing techniques, as well as proven organizational and communication skills
